I very much like the program offerings, the 6 Week course layout, and the online software support system.I am not as fond with the quality level of ~25% of my fellow students, which has a bearing in cooperatively completing perhaps 30% of the coursework, (discussions and team projects).

The support staff at UoP are terrible at communicating. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone andthey reassign people all the time so you are supposed to have one person to talk to but it changes constantly, then they have a dozen departments where you are supposed to be assigned one person, but it's a new person each time. It's terrible to try to get good communication and reliable answers. Do not recommend if you don't have the extra time to deal with the hassle.

Getting my BA & MA at UOP was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only was it easy to go back to school after 20 of not being in a school setting.UOP was easy to be in a school setting especially online. Where it works with you in my busy life style. School would work around my schedule and not need to go in an sit in a class after work and have no time with family. I would recommend UOP to anybody that is thinking of getting a new degree and work fulltime and have a family. The online program is perfect for those working a job from 9am to 5 pm. Thank You UOP.
