We’ve had a great experience using Phreesia. The platform is efficient and has helped with our patient intake and workflow. Kanishka and Ankita have been especially helpful. They are both knowledgeable, and always willing to walk us through questions or issues. Their support has made the transition into using Phreesia very smooth. Highly recommend Phreesia and the support team.

5 STARS to both the implementation team/support which includes Tejas Barathe and the utilization of Phreesia. The benefits in which has created an increase in efficiency of the workflow as well as time and cost savings. The ability to customize workflows and communications has assisted in a high patient completion and satisfaction rate.

Great Service

Tejas and Aman have both been extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process of getting accustomed to using Phressia, and helping us with any and all issues we've had with the program. The customer service was phenomenal and I have nothing but praises for the help we've received from these two. Using Phressia was difficult at first but now I'm happy to say I can navigate it with no problems thanks to the help we've received while getting accustomed to the program.

Our Phreesia experience

We are in the trial period of our Phreesia experience. So far, we have been met with fantastic service! The system has been early to learn and has increased efficiency in our front office. Specifically, Spreepriya, Kanishka, and Lauren have been wonderful! All questions, answered...all requests, handled with professionalism and efficacy!
