Don't Let Pixels Poor Service Make You Look Bad

I set up an account on Pixels.com to sell tshirts and stickers. I ordered samples on two tshirts.One shirt had image transfer issues (the ink did not transfer evenly to the shirt, with thin spots in the image). The other shirt was not the style I ordered. It took a week for anyone in customer service to respond to my email, and that was only after going into the Discussion forums and posting about customer service reply times. The reply I finally got back was that the image transfer issue was not fixable (which I'm pretty sure is incorrect) and that the tshirt vendor they use can change the product at any time and that the shirt I got is just what is offered and can't be remedied either. They offer a variety of tshirts on the site, and the one I received is one offered, but not the one I chose, so I believe this answer to my issue was also incorrect. They took a long time to get back to me, and then blamed everything on the tshirt vendor. The only positive thing to come out my experience with this company, is that I experienced all this, and not someone else who likes my work, and who would have then associated their poor service with my art. If you're looking to sell your images online, go somewhere else.read more
