This is an amazing company. Not only do they have beautiful bras and underwear but they are fantastic in customer service.I wanted to replace a bra they no longer had on offer and wrote an email to them asking how I could get it again and they were able to look up the item and let me know they had it on the UK site. I was able to replace my lost item! All because they had that personal touch to write me and help me out. I really appreciate that! Thank you playful promises. All your inventory is so beautiful and I always get a perfect fit from the things I’ve bought from here before. They are my favorite shop and I will always recommend them. Outstanding!

It was my first time ordering from here and I placed an order for a set, turned out the bra didn’t fit.Now the bra was sold out in the specific size on the US website, and after reaching out to customer service they informed me I could check out other websites (like U.K) for the same size and they would refund the bra I returned. I did this and got my full set and it’s perfect! The material is also surprisingly sturdier than I thought it would be. The return took about a week to process (as stated on their website) and everything worked out. Would order again (Thank you Hazel!)

i've wanted to purchase from playful promises for a while but held off as it was a little pricey.I then saw they had 50% off a bra i wanted, so i went for it. Firstly, the shipping was quite expensive for a small package that took a while to arrive. Secondly, the packaging was awful. The bra was just shoved into a plastic bag. Given the price, i'd appreciate some nicer, more environmentally friendly packaging. Thirdly, the bra itself is cute but it does not look particularly well made. I have bras that cost me a fraction of the price and look better made. I don't think i'd be buying again.

I am in love with every item I have ever received from Playful Promise. The craftsmanship is so important and that is something so many other companies miss.The customer service is phenomenal! What an amazing company! I love the fact they plant a tree for every order and I had such a good experience.I ordered a bathing suit, it shipped very quickly, and then I soon realized I needed to exchange the top for a bigger size. Customer service (shout out to Hazel!) were brilliant - with covid I’ve been between addresses and they couldn’t be more accommodating in getting it to the right address for me and they expedited it free of charge when I explained I’d really like it for an upcoming vacation. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to help me with my order during lockdown.Had Scantilly sizes in stock that weren't available from any of the other online suppliers - including Scantilly themselves! And unusually for a lingerie retailer, Playful Promises offers fast DPD delivery which means there's the option of DPD Local Pickup from a nearby shop, instead of having to try and be home when the postman comes. Very impressed with Playful Promises, will definitely buy from them again.
