It's my first ordered package on this website and he has error of package. I contact the support and they help me.They return to me my ordered (without 2 plants out of stock -- they were reimbursed).
When I received the good package I see the delivery man carry the package literally upside down. I don't recommend "colis privé" for this. But the staff of PLNTS.com had foreseen this kind of problem and only the big plant has a littles problems.
So have a complex first experience and my opinion is complex too.read more

The plants arrived on time and in almost perfect condition. I only had to cut 1 leaf because the stem was broken but other than that it was fine.The plants were very well packaged and I was well informed all throughout the delivery process.
This shop is very useful and it's easy to navigate through. I was able to find plants which are not available in my local plant nursery.
If I had only one advice to give regarding the eshop that would be to add a description on how to care for all the plants. Because that information was sometimes missing.
Nevertheless I recommend this shop.read more

I loved every single item I bought from PLNTS. The parcel arrived fast even if it had to travel through Europe,and all the plants were super healthy upon arrival.
I ordered two baby plants and two medium plants, plus 4 vases. All the plants are doing great and they are growing so well!
The packaging is very smart and I love their graphic design. Everything about my order was excellent. It was a present for my husband so I asked for a small gift note. I loved that it was handwritten, it's such a nice detail!! I will definitely buy again! Thank you PLNTS ?read more
