My mom have sent the post 25th of November 2020. During this 2 month it was delivered to Kamensk-Uralsky - Ekaterinburg,but final destination Kamensk-Uralsky - Dubai.
They are not replying to email properly, application from my mother directly to the post they will procced only 3 month form taking it.
You can't reach them by phone, because no one is picking up. Regret like 289042874 times. that I used this service.
I just hope that noone steal it from staff and finally I will see any movement in tracking details.read more

It's not the first time that my package didn't arrive, they stole it in the customs again.Other packages arrived mine didn't. I won't order packages from russia.read more
