Useless Website & Bad-mannered sales staff

Phoned P & O help desk yesterday when I had a problem completing my booking online.The assistant I spoke to was terrible. When I offered my commonly used email address she refused to take it as I had once used a different email address with them about four years ago. There was absolutely no apology for the trouble I had had with the online booking and and when I expressed my frustration and exasperation at the whole process, all I got from her was a rebuke. I did then get angry and told her that it was her job to sort out my problem not to criticise my frustration with their system. She did eventually, without further bad manners, complete my booking. This is a company with a useless website and at least one member of sales staff that should be fired. I shall not be surprised if I hear of this company failing in the near future. They are both expensive and incompetent.

I booked to go to Rotterdam and then the BIG LOCK UP came along, P&O Ferries have sat on my money since December 2020 and refuse to refund my £400+.As a am held prisoner in UK I am unable to travel and P&O have given me a deadline to December 2021 and if I don’t travel to Rotterdam, they are going to keep my money. My advice is do not travel with P&O because this is theft

New website utterly useless. Does not allow me to access or reset account. Cannot open new account because postcode box only accepts international dialling codes and then rejects them.Basic coding errors by whoever set this up. After 2 hours have booked with Stena instead!

Hull - Rotterdam.Terrible shaking in cabins. 2 journeys last year...3 different cabins.I was unable to sleep on both occasions. I had no such problems with Stenaline route from Hook of Holland to Harwich.

Do not book with P&O. Worst trip ever, due to incapable staff who lie and tell you what you want to hear until you turn up at the Port and have to pay again for the same crossing.1 man in a empty little van has now cost £425.. and delayed 5 hours!!

HAVE OUTRIGHT STOLE MY MONEY. If i could give them no stars i would. had a booking cancelled by them from May 2020 LAST YEAR.They have ignored all my emails, there is no telephone number anywhere on the internet to speak to anyone. No refund issued, no credit note given, no way to re-book. Er hello how is this legal??????????????????????

Cairnryan/Larne be wary if you have to travel between these ports during Covid whilst there is signsall over the ship nobody takes any notice especially the freight drivers who decide to sit in the bar area after they have had there dinner in the freight drivers restaurant again no care for anybody else and wander around the ship without a care in the world and oblivious to anyone else all whilst the staff mainly laugh and joke with them I have to travel on this service as an essential worker and run a risk every time i'm onboard use stena line where they are far stricter and the ships are cleaner absolutely disgusting service and horrible conditions on there ships

Awful refuse point blank to offer refund on a ferry ticket as they are still running but they want us to break the law to use it,credit note offered but NO use as I had not booked a ferry for a holiday it was for a specific purpose and lockdown hit. Bad customer service
