For years, the best... goodbye polymail!
For years: 5 stars I never had any issue. I could open all my emails logging just once from anywhere. The app always worked fine. It was always synced. I could use the app on my desktop and laptop. It looked nice too. I was in love. I'm uninstalling it now because it seems basic/free plan is over. I considered getting a license but after looking at the new prices, I realized I can't afford the suscription. I used polymail for 5 years, but never used 90-80% of the features. I really don't need them. Price is too high for the third world countries like mine. Goodbye, polymail. You used to be the best.
Poor CS
Sub auto renews, even though the payment card I have on file as active, is expired. They send me a few notifications saying that my card is not valid, so they are trying to charge the correct card that I set. Unfortunately, they have another card on file, and they then just go ahead and charge that after failing the other a few times. When reaching out, they do not answer questions, just hit me with a generic "we do not refund" robot answer. Good product - POOR customer support.
