They can't read a calendar
Both app and SMS says "Last day to collect parcel is 1/6". I show up at store to collect my parcel on the 1/6 and check the app and then it says it was returned today 15 minutes before the store even opened. I call customer support right after and they confirm the error on their part. They claim there is nothing they can do to undo the return of the international parcel before it leaves Sweden. They give no compensation for shipping cost nor any reason why this error happened. A 7 year old who has a date to turn in their homework can read a calendar better than these incompetent government employed idiots. I will choose DHL every time I have an option over PostNord and I will lower my review of any company who forces me to pay these guys to ship my packages. Usually works decently hence not 1 star.

Why have they changed the system for collecting a parcel?Without the help of the staff in the shop I was told I could not collect the parcel.Do not assume that we all have smartphones.

Absolutely the worst shipping company…
Absolutely the worst shipping company I’ve ever used. This is not my first bad experience with PostNord. They previously lost one of my packages, and now they returned an urgent shipment after four days because it contained a small item they didn’t classify as important document because it wasn’t paper 🤦♀️ . A complete waste of time and money. Their customer service is just as bad. The chat puts you in a “queue,” but once you finally reach an agent, they’re clearly handling multiple conversations at once. A question that should take 30 seconds ends up taking 20 minutes because you’re constantly left waiting between replies. Unreliable deliveries, terrible customer support, and zero confidence that your shipment will arrive. I’ll never use PostNord again. They’re only alive because they’re funded by the gov
Package trapped for a month due to PostNord mistake
Company denied package for travel (Completely fine, it was the wrong type) but then they want the recipient to pick it up?? How?? The sender is meant to pickup and resend. Now the package is trapped for a month. Extremely poor customer service

Probably the worst logistics company in the world. Have never gotten my packages delivered. Happened again today! They lie about the reason they could not deliver the packages. Always the same lie, could not get in and they could not reach me. I have given them clear instructions and a phonenumber to call. Avoid at all cost.
Update the PostNörd app to support…
Update the PostNörd app to support two-way communication and live tracking! I wonder how many deliveries fail because they don't make an effort to reach the recipient. They have ONE number that their drivers use to call recipients. If you can't answer, you won't get the delivery. No matter how big your delivery is. If you call back the number, you'll get to a central customer service that can't do anything. On other deliveries, e.g. Bring, you can track it live and get an estimated delivery time. MUCH MUCH better!
