The quickest delivery always from PLT put of all the clothing companies On quite a few occasions I've ordered around 8-9pm and they have been delivered by the next morning 5* for such quick turnaround at the sorting office and then same goes pit to the delivery service thank you your doing well

My parcel got ‘lost in transit’ by evri but as soon as i contacted prettylittlething they sorted out my request and gave me a full refund due to items now being out of stock.

I ordered on December 9th and i still haven’t received my package. I was really hoping to get it by the guaranteed arrival date but of course that didn’t happen. After all the bad reviews I’m very scared I’ll never get my package and I won’t get my money back. Will update if I ever receive my package but the AI chatbots are not very helpful so I don’t plan to shop here again if my package doesn’t arrive soon.
AFTERPAY NOT ACCESSABLE IN NZ
I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about PLT. It's been 1 year since I reviews the afterpay issue that is not accessable in New Zealand.Please fix your site afterpay doesn't work in new Zealand 🙄 Seem like PLT doesn't care about this matter that is not solved. I shop on PLT AUSTRALIA. Anyone else in New Zealand having this issue or just me since 2022
