This app is one of the most buggy apps I've seen. I can't understand somebody use this thing. Programmers doing really bad work on this.
Missing basic features, no mobile app.
They promise new features and give some ETA so you sign the contract. After a few months, you ask them about the needed functionality, and they say you will need to wait a full year. If you send an email from an address that is not associated with a Previo account, they won't respond at all! There is no mobile app, and the website doesn't work good on smartphones, especially when you have many accommodations. Another basic thing I requested, and they refuse to add, is a price rounding option to look more professional. I want my prices to be without pennies (happens if you add some discounts, like a long stay, or last minute).
