WASTE of money

Reviewed on 2021-05-22T14:45:09

My son took the course virtually. The teacher was consistently late (she "overslept").The home work was entirely too time consuming. He spent more time on SAT homework than regular homework. He gave this course his ALL and his score only went up 40 points. I am now fighting to get my money back because they "guarantee" a 200 point increase.... from what I am reading though, I am not optimistic. I am hiring a private tutor for him. This was a HUGE waste of time and money.

Don’t even try.

They fooled me once. They’ll will just get your money. Never trust them. A big waste of money.I should have reported them to the bureau business. My daughter didn’t get to take her SAT due to sickness. I beg for a refund at least a consideration, empathy due to financial reason but I wasted my time. They ignored me 3x. They are the worst, inconsiderate people. I hope they realize that.

The Princeton Ripoff!

Reviewed on 2021-05-12T18:28:58

Don't let the name fool you...this program is a complete WASTE of money. The guarantees to increase scores are hollow and mired in the fine print. You will have zero recourse in getting any money back should your son or daughter stay the same (as our son did) or decrease in their total score. We spent over $1500, along with hours wasted on calls with instructors who covered the basics (found in any ACT prep book). We used a private tutor for our other son, spent half the money and his score increased 6 points in one year. They should rename this program: The Princeton Ripoff!

TOTAL FRAUD AND ALL TUTORS ARE PART OF…

Reviewed on 2021-04-08T23:38:08

TOTAL FRAUD AND ALL TUTORS ARE PART OF IT. Tutors tell kids not to worry about some homework,or give them options to choose from and they Princeton uses that as a reason to decline the guarantee. They never have any intention to get kids to score high - it's all about sucking money. Their tutors are not good, and they waste time and confuse kids instead of helping them.

I recently purchased the full 1500+ for my son. I randomly called the hotline and got Igor Remenson as the representative. The experience working with Igor was wonderful. He wasn't pushy. He was helpful to explain the questions I have and he even sent me a int'l text message from Queen NY to Hong Kong. Although I am an old student of Princeton Review, it was still helpful to talk through the purchase. I highly recomend Igor to parents who's interested in getting a high end tutor for their child.

Amazing Service. Reliable Guarantee

Reviewed on 2021-03-26T04:09:38

I was given an extension due to the score guarantee although I didn't "technically" qualify. My friend who was going to take it with me had to take an unexpected gap year and they quickly refunded him even outside the window. Great company to work with! Highly recommend.
