The first 2 days were doable but by day 3 I was totally grossed out by the greasy film on the bars and in the soup.The soup was so gelatinous that I just had a few spoonful and threw the rest away. I could never fully drink the liquid it came with as it was too sweet and left a film in your mouth. The pills made me gag. Do not recommend. I’m sure there are better tasting ones out there.read more

The fast is OK. Shipping is slow and not dependable. Prolon screwed up my order so I had to delay the fast.Wouldn’t do it again and I think their better programs out there. Also, the fast is very expensive so overall not worth the money.read more

I’m a 66 year old male and completed my first Prolon FMD program two months ago. I was surprised at how easy it was to stay on the program.At no time did I feel like my diet was lacking nutrients (the Prolon meal substitutes were also surprisingly tasty). I lost around seven pounds that week. Afterwards, I felt as if my system had been “reset” to a healthier state. That feeling has stayed with me and the weight has stayed off. good overall but flavored soups need to be enhanced. Please add more variety and if possible,make less gelatinous. There is a strange film that appears on the cups after eating & pan after heating the soups - perhaps a thickener that you use? It is hard to wipe off when cleaning up. very unappealing.
Also, you should expand to a larger audience by lowering the price. $200+ is going to keep your universe of customers limited.. If you need to bring costs down I suggest exploring the packaging...
$200 price tag keeps me from doing it more often and from several of my friends as well...read more
