Publix use to have very fresh vegetables.....I could purchase broccoli, green beans, onions, what ever,and they would last weeks till I was ready to cook them. Now? If I don't cook them within 3 days (4 max) they go bad. I have to try somewhere else for vegetables for my family. I cannot afford to throw away so many vegetables. I mean gray spots on carrots?? Come on!read more

Went to my local Publix in Fort Myers today. Very disappointed to see the self service kiosks.Very industrial looking as you walk in and removes the human element of shopping. Even more disappointing was the fact that they took away the meat department. That was my favorite thing about the store. The people working there were always so pleasant and shared tips about cooking. Just awful that Publix took that away!!! I will be looking for a new place to shop. Fresh Market or Trader Joe’s.read more

I am so glad that Publix Grocery Store Chain joined the local stores in NC. We love and look forward to shopping here on Wednesdays,Senior's Day. Most stores only give you discounts at certain times of the year. Publix gives daily discounts on top of other generous discounts. The store employees are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an experience at one of the local Publix where I was looking for a particular item; however, that day it was not in stock. Several weeks later the same employee, that attempted to assist me, saw me in the store and remembered I was looking for that particular item and inquired as to if I had found it. Now, after all the people he has contact with over several weeks, he remembered me and inquired. Now that is a dedicated and valueable employee. As the slogan for Publix goes, "Shopping here is a pleasure". And it definitely is!read more

Getting tired of items in the ad that are out if stock in the store. Tried 3x to buy Skippy PB this week ,no rain checks available, they say it's because of covid. That was legit in 2nd 3rd quarter 2020 but not anymore. If the maker of a product is still having supply chain issues why is it in the ad?read more

Getting sick of Publix west commons in winter garden.
They love putting a sign on the door that says mask required but every time I’m in there I’m dodging maskless morons everywhere I look.Either enforce your “so called” policy or take the sign off and put another up that says super spreader free for all inside.
