Faulty Amplifier

I purchased an amplifier from this company. Not long after it failed. As I am an electronics engineer and work in a similar field I open the amplifier to have a quick look.first thing I noted was the poor quality of the internals. Then I noticed there was a hudge hot spot on the circuit board with a resistor that was cooked.
I contacted Pyle Support and asked them if they could assist me with the issue I was having. I explained to them that I am capable of amplifier repairs as I work in a similar field. They told me to return the unit to their service department for repair. I explained to them that I am in Australia and it would cost me 3 times the amount the amplifier is worth. I then ask them if they could provide me with a schematic diagram or have a technician advise the resistor value and maybe be give me a heads up on what could be causing or caused the amplifier to fail. is the issue I have common with that amplifer? They wrote back to me avdvising that they do not hand out schmatic diagrams nor do they forward any information.
So If you are outside the USA you have no chance of getting anything you purchase from these guys repaired or serviced.
I have purchased other equipment similar from other brands and anytime I have had issues their technicians are more than happy to assist me.
Furthermore after seeing the quality of the internal components, soldering etc I would 100% stay away from any products sold by this company not to mention their extremely poor customer support not only with my experience but I have read other post with similar customer support complaints.

Horrific customer service .. and this isn't after purchasing something, this is while trying to spend money with them.
Wanted to find out which of their products (or combination of products)would provide me with the functionality I wanted in a audio system as it was hard to tell through the website.
Tried using the chat feature. I hadn't even got to the question yet when I received a canned response saying it was a "great question" and that I'd have to contact them for an answer.
I then spent three days calling repeatedly with no answer and a recording saying the "voicemail is full".
So then I finally broke down and typed a detailed synopsis of what I was setting up and the functionality that was required. The reply put forth a recommendation that: 1} had virtually none of the functionality needed and, 2} is the most expensive amp/receiver in their lineup (I checked). Obviously no effort was made to understand and assist, just throw out the most expensive unit.
Lastly, the email did have a "type your response above this line" message, which indicates replying to said email is in order, but when I tried to send a response it came back with a "the recipients mailbox is full and can't accept messages now".
Not only am I now not the least bit interested in purchasing any new Pyle equipment to use with my system but I will now be returning all their sets of speakers I'd already purchased for it.

If I can I will give PyleUsa less than one star. I purchased a robot vacuum and now the battery is not working.I emailed them and they replied very late because they need more information.I sent the information and after one week they replied to my email asking for the prove of purchase. I emailed them back with what I have and they replied after one week that it is not enough. I told them that what I need only to purchase a new battery and one week they replied that it is out of stock although that they are still selling this vacuum every where. Bad customer service

Purhased an outdoor bluetooth/wifi speaker set.
Unfortunately, i did not read the reviews prior and they have a history of problems.First, can't set the speaker up without setting up the wifi by downloading their app. That would be ok except never could get the BT to connect realiably. You had to go through the entire setup again to get the BT to pair and connect. I simply wanted to connect my phone and play music without sourcing through wifi and their app.The minute you shut it off, you could not discover it in pairing mode or connect with your previous paired setting. Tried multiple phones, different models and the same results. Tried to set up without giving it wifi acess but the system doesn't allow it to work with BT only.
Reached out to Pyle customer service through the app and their website. Heard back once asking if I had tried different devices.
I replied and that has been the last I heard from them 6 days ago.
Of course, in hindsight, read other online complaints and very similar experiences.
Terrible product and no customer service.
Not sure how Trustpilot has them at 2.9 stats with two reviews at one star each.

i bought the "Multi Dash Cam Video Recording System - Rearview Backup & Driving HD Camera Kit" and itcame broken that any sd card i put in comes up error and without a sd card there is no use for the dash camera and also after a few days the backup camera stopped working so i contact them 2 weaks ago and i still have nothing because they reply to me only after 2 days and every 2 days they ask me for more proof so now after spending on the device a furtion and working for hours to install it i still don't have no dash camera and neither do i have a backup camera.
