Thanks Qatar Airways, I can fully recommend them ? At 1st place (beginning of the pandemic)they have offered vouchers for our flights due to the closed Thailand border then after our 2nd booking from the vouchers we still couldn't fly because of 14 days mandatory quarantine in Thailand so they have offered refund. We got our money back as requested within the timescale given so will book with you again in the future !! ? I hope it could be very soon... !!

Qatar cost us a lot of extra cash and weight in luggage. We had problem getting through to them all over Pakistan to change flights,due to death in family. We could not get hold of them on phone, email or WhatsApp. Eventually, instead of £95, we had to pay £213 each person (7 of us) to have the date changed. Also when we got there, they had changed our weight limit from 40kg to 30kg, we had to leave 3 whole suitcases behind. They say, the are worlds number one, they suck in providing service. I would not travel with them.

Waiting for a voucher from the 30th of September 2020 until...???

I bought a flight go and back from Madagascar to Kuala Lumpur. As the flight back was cancelled,i asked a voucher for first time the 30th of September 2020. At the beginning they didn't find the flight as i bought it from a travel agency. After sending them few times all the informations written on the flight ticket, they still didn't find it! Even with the name of the passenger, the date and time of the flight, etc, they could NOT find it!!! After few times i sent again the same informations by email, i contacted the agency which gave me another number appearing nowhere in the documents. Finally i could manage to ask for the voucher early December 2020. As i didn't get any answer, i called again in January. They said the voucher would be emited between 30 to 60 days after the request, so it was supposed to be close as i waited already one month. But now we're the first of April 2021, and after plenty of calls (everytime i was told that the voucher would be emited in the 24 hours), i still don't have the voucher. We missed plenty of rapatriation flights because of this and we are now in a really difficult situation! From the 30th of September 2020 to the first of April, with a lot of mails, calls, for nothing!! Poor customer care!

Never again with Qatar Airways

I am so sorry to write this review, but Qatar Airways disappointed me so much. When I was at the check in desk,the staff member told me that I cannot proceed to the boarding, because I did not have negative PCR Covid test. I asked them how it is possible because my country did not require that, also there was nothing written at the air ticket, so I how could I know they will not let me on the board. I tried to explain the situation to the staff but the kicked me out at 9 pm, without any help. So, me as an exchange student, I had no place to go, nobody cared. I spent next day searching a place where the test could be made. Many places asked for one week reservation in advance. In the end I found a clinic that did the test for $225. I was in touch with Czech ambassy, and it was told to me that the airlines made a mistake, they dd not understand the regulations. From that day the test was not required (as the ambassador negotiated with the Qatar airways representative). But I had to spend 2 more days in Seoul and cover all the expenses. I wrote to Qatar customer care to ask for a compensation, because obviously they made a mistake, but guess what. They told me that they are sorry, these things happen, and they will not give me any money. This is not behaviour I was expecting from them. I will never fly with them again.

Qatar airways customer caee CAS-1477480-K7G5Z8 CRM:0035000013592 Ticket number 1573390334414 & 1573390334415 Booking ref So red AO 200981723 1)when ticket amount will be returned? What exact value of reduction & reason?almost 14 days completed till now. Actually amount refunded on march 28 almost 60 days later for total ticket cost was 85,000 refund amonut is 10700. 2) why there is no response from customer care service for almost from 12.30 to 3.30 . Approx 4 hours. 3) no responsibility taken by either airport authority or customer care./ No care on customer critical requirements. I have worked in almost in 5 country & travelled & return more then 50 time. I never seen worst support of staff in my life. My experience with first & last is very worst. I am sure I will not recommended Qatar airways to any of my friends & family.
