I am extremely disappointed with cancellation & their money sucking policy
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RAS Luxury Oils because of their customer service and refund policy. I accidentally placed a duplicate order(Order Id: 559363) and requested cancellation almost immediately. The company acknowledged that they could cancel the order, but refused to refund the payment to my original credit card. Instead, they insisted on issuing only a store voucher. I never agreed to a voucher. Once an order is cancelled, customers should be refunded through the original payment method. Forcing customers to accept store credit effectively locks their money into the brand against their wishes. This experience has completely eroded my trust in RAS. Premium brands are judged not only by their products but also by how they treat customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, RAS failed on that front. I will be pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels. If you're considering purchasing directly from their website, I strongly recommend reading their refund policy carefully and understanding the risks before placing an order. I had placed atleast atleast 6 orders having multiple 15ml gold face elixir each costing me 2650 approx and now with just one order they broke my trust foreever.

Lekin mujhe personally laga ki price thoda high hai daily skincare ke hisaab se. Results theek the par utne noticeable nahi lage jitni expectation thi. Same category me kuch products aur bhi hain jo thoda better value de dete hain.”
Avoid this company, unreliable 10 days after a confirmed order
10 days after a confirmed order, still no tracking or information. Communication slow and automatic. Do client relations even matter at this company. Have not received any product from them. Avoid buying anything on line from them.
