I sent my laptop into razer for repair in early April. In late April they said the repairs were finished and they would send me a tracking number as soon as their repair team forwarded it to them.I heard nothing from them until mid May when they asked me to confirm my address for delivery. It turns out in those 3 weeks between communications their repair team had sent my laptop back to me but with no tracking number (I happened to be out of town the week they tried to deliver, but because I had no tracking number and no one notified me it was actually being sent back I had no means of signing for the package.) So when I started questioning why they wanted to confirm my address I found out what had happened. It's now been a very frustrating 10 days of trying to talk to their customer "support" who continues to apologize for the inconvenience and "rest assured" they have my laptop. But if that was true, why has it been 10 days since I confirmed my address with them and I still haven't received notice that my laptop has been sent back to me? I'm in CA and their repair team is in AZ I could have driven there picked up my laptop by now and driven back 10 TIMES by now. While I enjoy Razer's products this headache has made it very clear I never want to deal with Razer again, I'd advise anyone looking for a gaming laptop to look elsewhere.read more

Bought a Razer controller for a friend’s birthday present sadly he already had one trying to returnand get a refund emailed them and now they are ignoring me so unprofessional of them quick to take my order and money though if you like the hassle and the chasing buy it from here if you don’t and want a good customer service then shop else where.

Most expensive Razer keyboard broke quickly

I bought the Razer Huntsman Elite Keyboard, the most expensive keyboard they offered for almost $300 CAD.I've had it for just under a year now, and multiple things have gone wrong that razer refuse to replace over. For one, the sound scroll wheel on the top right corner is worse then useless. When I try and use it to turn sound up or down the scroll wheel sends it in either direction completely, either putting my volume to 100% or 0%, no in-between. Even worse, it does this on its own randomly, without me even touching it. A few keys broke as well on the keyboard, razer refused to do anything with it and straight up denied the warranty, even through its supposed to have a 2 year warranty. They said its not supposed to not break? So basically it breaking is normal. Nice.read more

I would like to make a review about you Kraken X headphones. I unfortunately don't have any pictures because I threw them away as fast as possible.They are made from cheap plastic, have uncomfortable cussions, a 40mm driver unlike other predecessor's headphones which have better specs for even a lower price.read more

I bought Razer Atheris, worst decision of my life, this product is super crappy, it manages to freeze,stutter and sometimes even fire by itself, needless to say i threw the mouse from the 7th floor and won't be buying ANY Razer product anymore cause this is the only product in the world that has gotten this reaction from meread more

I bought a basilisk from Best Buy and find it not working months after mild use so I contacted them.Best Buy can't offer exchange so I called Razer to see if they could offer repair. After providing photos of the product, proof of recipient and other descriptions. The request was handled by their tech team/ customer service teams pretty fast within days. They sent me a label to mail back the product, confirmed upon receiving the thing, and sent me a brand new one. Even though I was concerned because of all those negative reviews, everything actually went pretty smooth. My only compliant would be they do ask you for lots of personal information in order to get things shipped. Very Satisfied.read more
