Completed the sleep out for tommy campaign in March 2025 Excellent Idea and engaged a lot Of others to do the same, raised near £1000 each for a worthy cause, However post completion was told we would get sew on badges for the hat I bought and more importantly a certificate i could distribute to the many donators and their company’s that donated to me and my friends. It is now June and nothing has been delivered Following an email I sent asking was told there is “a lot to post”
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. They got my order wrong, and when I tried to contact them through every available option (email, phone and social media) I have received no response in over two months. I will not be recommending this company to anyone, and will never order from them again
