If I can give 0 stars I would this has completely been a headache on the product I ordered it says 5-7days to make and then shipping starts it has been more than 10 business days and when contacted them through the chat they can’t even give me a ship date and was told that my product isn’t even made yet and I can’t get a refund. Please do not buy anything from there go directly throguh adidas and get a jersey and save ur self the nightmare and headache I have started a charge back through my bank so we will see but horrible horrible customer service #HALAMADRID

The customer service is unbelievable. The representative when I contacted about my order that stillsays after 9 days unfilled that I'll receive and email when it processes and ships and thank you and have a nice day and discontinued the chat. I didn't even get a chance to respond. I'm calling my credit company and disputing the charge. I no longer need the items because clearly won't make my sons birthday on Thursday eventhough at checkout said I would have received in time.

Closer to a scam than a business

As many others here, I made an order for a substantial amount of money (the products are expensive)and I have not received anything over a month later. They have some people answering emails promptly but that's about it. The order does not arrive and no refund is issued. A total disaster. I am about to start a formal claim now.

I am pissed waiting 10 days and they even didnt send the items!! So you can order items,but will not receive them cause of tier 4??? Amazon delivers, UPS delivers, royal mail delivers CHINA DELIVERS, the richest club in the world cannot deliver ?????

Extremely bad service. I placed my order more than a month ago (a player shirt),and I have not received it yet. I have been in contact with the support (after I have reached out) about 10 times, but nothing happens. At one point, they even suggest that I reached out to the delivery firm to check up with a status, as if it was my problem to solve it! Very disappointing - can only recommend not to order through the Real Madrid shop.

The 18th of August i placed an order, with Real Madrid´s online shop. The order was of 450€,and that includes express shipping. Thinking i was gonna see the first Real Madrid games of the season, enjoying my new kit along with my sons new kit was far from what I got. After not hearing anything within the first 10 days, I sent them a message. No answer in the 3 coming days. I then decided to call, and there it was. They said they had some issues with one of the products being in stock, but said my order would be shipped within the coming 3 days. Now that was a complete lie. Seeing as nothing ever happened, i sent e-mails, i called. In total i sent 7 e-mails, and i called 5 times. From these 13 enquiries, they gave me 7 different reasons for why it never got shipped. @ 14 October, they refunded me the express shipping cost. And @ 23 October, it was finally sent. I mean. Im happy that it finally was sent, but I´ve ordered a lot of things online during my years. But NEVER have i seen this horrid service. Never.
