I will never do business with them again . I purchased the wrong size bar bell. I was was told I could return it for a gift card .my order was $15.95. THE REFUND WAS $3.95. I never would have sent the item back if I knew there was a fee for returns. Also it took 3 weeks to receive the item . It was being shipped from New Jersey to New Jersey. Not to mention the horriable coustomer service.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The tunnel plug I got didn't look anything like the item's photograph.I tried to review the product on their website in at least three different occasions, but the review never got posted.
Most concerning though, the PVD plated surgical steel circular barbell I got from them has been giving me an allergy on fully healed ear cartilage, pierced 18 years ago. I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the earring's material.
UPDATE: On top of bad quality products, their customer service is rude, arrogant and haughty so I'm updating my score to 1-star.

Garbage! A week into wearing one piece, it turned my fiances skin green. Their customer service rep blamed it on some sort of oxidation blah blah blah...in reality the jewelry is FAKE.lmfao they proceeded to tell me how I should deal with other retailers when having an issue...thats funny! Ive made 4 complaints to other companies in the last 2 months and ALL of them were not only happy to help and resolve the issue, they fixed the problem and offer some sort of store credit or discount. Rebel Bod told me my significant others skin sensitivity issue wasn't their problem and expected me to be more polite. Thats also funny because from the first day i ordered, they took my money for items said to be available, which were not and I didnt get the matching sets I requested for my other half, yet Im supposed to be more polite. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND WOULD LIKE TO STAIN YOUR SKIN FOR A FEW DAYS, ORDER REBEL BOD...additional benefit, their customer service reps are REBELLIOUS!

Please dont waste your hard earned money on this company.I love supporting small business ESPECIALLY in my home state but this is a company that will send you defective items and leave you high and dry. Worst customer service ever. I had ordered 3/4 white silicone tunnels and that were said to be delivered within 3 days.6 days passed and that hadn’t even been shipped. I emailed them with an inquiry of the situation and they said they had run out of the product I purchased and I could exchange it. I agreed to exchange it with some clear 3/4 tunnels and asked of an estimated delivery time. I was then replied to by some smartass saying that customers just assume they can run into the back room and immediately send out said product upon demand. When I said they didn’t have to be so rude and that I understand high demand and rude customers and didn’t intend extra pressure, they told me they were sorry I took it the wrong way and just canceled my order altogether. FORGET THIS COMPANY!!! If you want burnt-out, pissy, non-communicative, and passive aggressive customer service, then by all means support them.
