Would have given zero stars . Beware ! The jewelry DOES NOT LOOK LIKE SUTE . The gold is a very ugly cheap looking orange and the silver looks cheap and dull like tinfoil.When I opened my earring I was extremely disappointed with the look and the way the hoops were they are very difficult to put on. Was going to return as is but when I put a pair of studs on for the first time they broke !! Tried to return to the company and it cost $40 CAN to return this garbage . I sent it back and they “claimed it as lost” Do not buy not worth the money !!

I would have given no stars if it was an option. I foolishly ordered a ring from Regal Rose for my husband for our Wedding Anniversary.Due to my previous orders just weeks/months before, I knew I ordered with more than enough time. I live in the US and I noticed Something was off with the tracking right away; it basically stated it was sitting in the US but it didn’t state where. FedEx US is our package carrier. I emailed Regal Rose and Evi emailed me back a few days later with a new tracking link that showed movement of my package. I knew it would be late but these things happen. Except, a few days later the FedEx link showed “order incomplete” in red and stated it was lost…. At this point it’s not Regal Rose so I called FedEx. They explained that the merchant got involved and changed the shipping in someway, and at that point the package was lost. They had no other information…. I emailed Regal Rose (in August) and got Evi again telling me to email her back on September 16th if it doesn’t show up. Seriously….. Through my phone calls, the package finally showed up, late, which was fine. However, when I handed it to my husband I was so embarrassed. I should have opened the box myself before handing it to him. The ring was in extremely poor condition. It was not silver as shown in the photos, it was tarnished with interior and exterior 360 damage, deep divots and scratches on the outside and inside of the ring. There appeared to be spots that were blue on the ring and divots on the outer area. I felt like such a fool. Now not only was this package late but now the item arrived damaged….. So I contacted regal Rose about the situation via email and Asked for it to be escalated and forwarded and to a Manager, Supervisor, or someone of the like. I also attached about five photos of the ring in outdoor lighting on my husband with him holding it, and I also included photos from the website so they could see and compare what was expected by me to arrive. And guess who wrote me back? Yep you’re right, it was Evi again. She advised us to use the buffing cloth to make it brand new again. And to get back to her if I need this sorted out OR if I had any other questions…..I had ALOT of questions, like: WHY IS A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR NOT INVOLVED? WHY ARE YOU ADVISING ME TO BUFF A TARNISHED, DAMAGED, POOR QUALITY ITEM? WHY ARE YOU IGNORING MY REQUESTS FOR THIS TO BE ESCALATED? WHY ARE YOU NOT MAKING THE SITUATION RIGHT, AFTER CLEARLY SEEING THE PHOTOS? ARE YOU A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR? This order was placed August 19th. I have been going back and forth with Evi, who is apparently the only person who works there, for over 2 weeks. I have a headache from this mess and should have just went with Amazon. I received an email from Regal Rose today and I’m sure you know who it was from, asking if I’m at the same address. Evi expressed that she would like to fix this and send a new ring out; she will also be alerting the “TEAM” of this situation. At this point I don’t believe there is a “team”, management, or even some type of HR person….. However, I did find the owner and will be alerting her of this ordeal. I’m sure Evi will be replying to this or deleting it….(HI EVI) Either way, let’s see if a new great quality ring arrives. My head hurts from 18 days of this….

Earring advertised as gold, but earring turned up as rose gold!

Earring not as described!! I ordered a revolt garnet earring which was described as gold on the website,on the packaging and in the pictures on the website. However, the earring is rose gold and therefore does not match the ear party I was planning. I have not worn it as it is not the correct colour but they do not offer returns on pierced jewellery even when they have sent the wrong colour! This was my first order with them and I do not plan on ordering from them again if they cannot even send the right colour earring and there are no returns.

Unique and pretty pieces

I've ordered a couple of times and the jewellery is smaller than it looks online but lovely.The quality isn't amazing but is decent for the price and the pieces are very unique. Good for a gift that is a little different or for a piece to wear to a one-time event etc. Delivery is always fast too.

For Christmas, my friend bought me the SUPERNOVA. Green Quartz Cluster Silver Ring. The ring is absolutely stunning.However, 7 months later, it completely broke. The entire gem portion snapped off and fell to the floor when I simply clapped my hands one day. I contacted the store and since the 6-month warranty was up, the best they could offer me was a 20% off coupon. I did not purchase it again because I was afraid the same thing would happen. The band of the ring is very thin and I think that is what caused it, I am very careful with my jewelry. Very pretty ring but the quality is just not there.

Bought a pair of earrings and nose ring. The nose ring was so thin and impossibly small there's no way you could safely put it in your nose without pinching your skin or tearing it.The earrings tarnished after one wear although claimed it was real sterling silver.
