Regus billing practices are deceitful

Regus billing practices are deceitful. They continue to bill for past month even though it is absolutely impossible to be delinquent with them and still have services.They have stated I am due for payments that are six and seven months old now. if this was true they would have terminated my services immediately. Even after providing bank screenshots of those payments being made they still have transferred it to a collections company. DO NOT do business with regus.

This is an update and a reply to Sandra Melody of Regus.
Hello Sandra Melody,
I understand that you are only doing your job and that your job description calls for you to defend the indefensible.I get that. But let the record show that based on hundreds of complaints lodged against Regus on BBB.org and also on other 3rd party review sites such as SiteJabber.com the general consensus in the market place of current and former Regus clients is that Regus is an unethical company that resorts to fraud and deception by any means necessary in order to retain its clients and meet its monthly revenue numbers.
There are far too many angry clients for Regus to pretend that everything is okay with its business model, and certainly Regus’ clients are now too wise to fall for gaslighting attempts by the Regus PR teams.
Regus is experiencing its second bankruptcy in less than twenty years not because of effects of Covid but because Regus’ clients are in revolt and want to run from the abuse that Regus subjects the latter to, in pursuit of short-term profits.
Beware of doing any business with Regus Management Group LLC. The company appears to have elevated deceitful and fraudulent billing as a business strategy to meet its revenue and profit numbers.
The company re-initiates expired and dormant contracts at will and then back charges your account and credit card for the period when the account remained dormant. This practice is clearly illegal, but Regus appears to be counting on lax enforcement of legislation that protects individuals from business fraud and over billing.
If California State Attorney's office was doing its job, Regus' fraudulent practices would be investigated as Regus seems to have taken a page out of Wells Fargo's fraud playbook of opening accounts without its customer's permission.
Tip for consumers:
I would never recommend that anyone use Regus. There are far better options that are available on month to month service and at much lower price points. In particular I would advise that be particularly aware that this company will not hesitate in fraudulently billing your account for services that you may have never signed up for or hitting you with "late payment fee" even if you have already paid your bill on time.
If you had an issue with Regus in California, please lodge a complaint with Attorney General Rob Bonta's office.

Dear Regus ,
Please stop lying in your response regarding the situation we had .
First of all,an alternative office was offered to us in February, just 2 months before our contract ended, and yes we declined the offer because of the frustration we had . Instead of sorting out our maintenance problem, after months of frustration, you wanted us to take all our stuff and move to a new office , which we didn’t even know if is functional.
After we moved out , you decided to send us a bill with Office Restoration Service . We called you and explained you the situation, why we don’t think it’s right to charge us , but you insisted that we need to pay . We paid the bill .
After posting our review, someone from your office ( I don’t want to say the name from the email address that has been sent ) called us ,offering to do a refund regarding the last bill , if we are willing to delete the review.

So disappointed.
I booked a 10 day a month membership, and haven't been able to use it.My local office is either full or won't pick up the phone.
Paranoid that I was wasting hundreds of dollars, I booked at the next closest location. To my surprise, I was then sent an invoice for $70 despite Regus saying it was $0.
Calling Regus' help line was the most upsetting part. I was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours. No response after a week.
After calling again and being pushed to 5 people, I broke into tears where a woman gave me an email address. No response.

Terrible customer service, none of their customer hotlines work at all. They tell to you to call "to get things moving even quicker",but the lines are dead. Tried to reach them at the number of my community associate the entire day, he never picked up once. Impossible to contact, even through their website. After logging in to my account I tried contacting the community team for my address several times to no avail.
Judging from the rest of the reviews here it looks like they have consistently poor service. Engage them at your own risk!
