I am happy with Repairdesk, especially with customer service, Sierra, she is amazing and always available for help,she is understanding the problem and help with most effective way possible. Above I would say Repairdesk is an amazing platform and it does what it says, and the customers service again is amazing.

Support team is quite responsive and a shout out to Sierra who has been so cooperative & accommodating throughout with my questions and how I can use their software to its full potential. :) Definitely would recommend!!

Arnold was able to get my issue as close to solved as possible. He tried every possible avenue overthe course of an hour and a half to get our PrintNode functioning properly and while it didn't completely get solved, our labels are printing much better than before. Arnold has great patience and problem solving skills. Thanks!
