RESI have taken a lot of time and trouble to create a customer journey that removes the stress and offers really good advice at key points in the process. Everyone in the team are super helpful and have great experience. Our designer listened to our requirements and made amendments to maximise the use of our space. Jack Brigden who was helping us when we got to building control and builder quote stage was very helpful and gave great advice. Its not a cheap process to extend your house these days but I would recommend this team 100%

I’m currently in the planning stage of my extension project, and the process so far has been clear, professional, and well organised. Communication has been excellent, and the dashboard makes it easy to track progress and understand next steps. As a first-time homeowner undertaking an extension, I’ve really valued the structured guidance and expert support. This review reflects my experience at the planning stage only, and I’ll update it as the project progresses.
Outstanding Service and Stress-Free Planning Approval
We had a great experience working with this architect on our home design. The design process was smooth, thoughtful, and well managed from start to finish. What really stood out was their expertise in securing the necessary permissions, especially given how challenging and complex the approval process was. They handled everything professionally and efficiently, which saved us a lot of time and stress. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable architect. Single Storey Side Extension
We wanted a single storey side extension, but had no idea where to start. I came across Resi and having had an initial sales call with them, then a follow-up call to answer all my questions, we decided to go ahead. They assigned an Account Manager, Em, who has been fantastic the whole way, regularly keeping in touch via phone and message. Their designer, Carleton, worked with us to create our project, maximising the space available for the build whilst keeping within local council regulations, and submitted our planning application for us. Jack organised a number of builders to quote on our project, and at this stage we are yet to go ahead having only just received our approval on our planning application. But the early signs are good, the construction company have already been round, we have been in regular contact and we are excited to proceed with the work. I thoroughly recommend using Resi for any construction project and I would happily use them again in the future.
