After writing a scathing CORRECT review, Revice got a hold of me and sent me a label to send back the jeans for a full refund.I sent them all back and have reached out twice now and not heard back from them. We have also have not received the refund. So now I have sent back 7 pairs of jeans which they now have and no refund to us. They also refuse to communicate. See email below where they offered FULL refund. Now they have merchandise and we have nothing. We are out HUNDREDS of dollars of my 17 year old daughters well earned money she made tutoring kids and working 7 days a week. She bought these to wear to college in the Fall. She earned a full scholarship and wanted a hip look in New England. Now she has no cool clothes and no money to buy more with. EXTREMELY disappointed. I thought I would be coming on here and changing my review to an excellent five star review that they fixed the problem instead it has gotten worse. Now they’ve basically gained back the merchandise by trickery and kept my daughters money. Below is email from company: Alex B (Revice Denim) May 6, 2021, 12:03 PDT Hi Allaura!
