Really bad company
Really bad company. Everytime there is something wrong, they need months for fixing anything. They are really bad at answering e-mails and the don’t pick up the phone. I can advise to run away from them. The story continues. My mailbox is broken for over one month. I have reported it and the person who is taking care of it told me that another company was going to fix it. After a month I decided to call that company, and they answered me that they had never received an order. Also I wrote an e-mail to my contact person and he obviously not only doesn’t answer my e-mails, he ignores my phone calls and doesn’t call me back. I have called customer center, he promised to that person he would call me in one hour, and here I am 2 days later waiting for his call.

Landsherrängen 2 became a Riksbyggen member in 2022. After that Riksbyggen has removed our democratic rights one by one so that they can roll out their own agenda , and do whatever they like , without taking into consideration the wishes and welfare of the members. Examples: 37%. increase in rent the last 3 years, and they plan another 30% the next 3 years, and a 30@40% increase on top of that....without giving much back to the members. The board is controlled by Riksbyggen , and the other members seem to have bowed down to the demands of RB. It would be more dempcratic to involve the members in the process since the increases in the rent is to a large extent determined by the fact that they are a prerequisite for a bank loan. I have presented an alternative solution for the repair of the pipes 6 weeks ago to the Board. They have so far not even answered.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. The apartments are way more expensive than reasonable - in fact, they've even lost several court cases about that! On top of it, the apartments they provide are of extremely poor quality, nails are sticking out of the doorways, parts of the floor literally break when you walk on it, the appliances break at least once a year and the elevator is our of commission at least every other month. I've gotten stuck in it twice in the last six months. Of course there are stairs that you can take instead, but they're so narrow that it's impossible to pass if you meet someone. Don't even think about moving furniture in the stairs! Better pray that the elevator works, because Riksbyggen sure won't make sure that it does...
Incompetent and greedy "company" that…
Incompetent and greedy "company" that abuses its position to make as much money at your expense. It signing contracts so they will keep on making money after you have bought the apartment, especially contracts in which the union owns lots of stocks in.

I have waited for my deposit for 1 mont now. For 1 month ago Isabella Bengtsson told me that they will send the money and ill have the next week. 3 weeks later no money no answer.. unprofessional service. Never tried this before.
