Royal Jordanian was established on 15/12/1963 by a Royal Decree as the national carrier of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. His Majesty the late King Hussein stated in his decree: "I want our national carrier to be the ambassador of goodwill around the world and a bridge across which we can exchange culture, civilization, trade, technology, friendship and better understanding with the rest of the world." Since its establishment, Royal Jordanian managed to grow from a regional pioneer operating a three-aircraft fleet directed towards three destinations, to a leading global airline with a fleet of more than 20 modern aircraft, and a diverse network of more than 40 destinations spread across four continents. Royal Jordanian became a reputed member in the oneworld airline alliance; being the preferred and trusted carrier among the majority of Jordanians, customers in the Levant and Middle East region. On an international level, Royal Jordanian managed to establish a strong foothold in the aviation market through our credible reputation and renowned services. Strategically located in Amman, Royal Jordanian's central hub provides the ideal location through which Europe, Asia, Africa, and anywhere in the Middle East can be easily reached. Our Amman City Terminal at 7th Circle provides a central locale for sales and early boarding services. We are proud to fly in and out of our main airport, Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), conveniently situated just outside the city.

WORST company in the world. Very poor administration and so unfair. Bad customer service.Every time you call you get a different answer from a different employee answering the phone. Disappointing.
I booked a flight with RJ 8 months ago to Turkey, then RJ cancelled the flight. I told them okay just put me on a different flight, I do not mind, they said only if you pay a different of at least JOD 150/ person EVEN THOUGH THEY CANCELLED THE FLIGHT NOT ME!!!! Of course I did not agree and until now I am fighting for a refund but in vain. Each time a representative says something different. One time RJ representative told me "it shows that we issued a refund,"I said okay please give me proof so I can follow up and of course they had no proof and started changing what they tell me...
If you want to be comfortable and at ease, do not use Royal Jordanian. They will ripe you off any way they can. This is NOT my first bad experience with them.

Giving 1 star, because I cannot give 0.
I am claiming s refund since the 12th of March,the date you cancel my flights from Barcelona to Ammam. Since then Ive been guven a voicher which I did not request and a lck of response to all may emails. Almost a year later I am still awating for a propper response on when the refund will be issued.
As they dont seem to work, nor to guve propper solutions to the customers I would like to blame my disatisfaction to Sulieman Fritekh, Rafa Assfour and Ohoud Almarzouq.
ISSUE MY DAMN REFUND NOW! YOU ARE STEALERS AND SCAMMERS!

- Cancelled return flight
+ Informed about that cancellation beforethe date of the first flight and offered alternative flight 3 days later at no additional cost.
+ reimbued costs that resulted for the date change.
+ Vegetarian option (cheese baguette) on one of the flights
- No Vegetarian option on the return flight (only Turkey). Staff said Vegetarian option should be requested in advance to guarantee its availability.
+ Generally friendly staff on airplane
Result:
A viable option esp. considering the pandemic.

Royal jordanian are nothing more than a bunch of thieves! How do you not refund a customer when the airline cancels the flight?!Talk about greedy! Customer service is garbage! You’ll get nowhere with them! They deserve to go bankrupt with the way they treat their customers. I hope nothing but the worst for this airline. Stealing people’s money during a pandemic? How repulsive! I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank, so we’ll see how that goes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience flying with Royal Jordanian! I flew business class Bangkok-Amman and Amman-Kuwait in February 2020 and enjoyed the onboard service,very pleasant crew, nice cabin experience, professional ground staff at Amman airport etc.

In the midst of a coronavirus and global health crisis, the company is trying to make us pay 130euros in cancellation fees when the arrangements made by our government no longer allow us to travel.
We can't reach them, not by telephone, not by e-mail. It's been a month since we sent our last e-mail, we leave in less than a month now, i'm sure we will be scamed.

I’m a pregnant woman that i have made an online purchase through Royal Jordanian butthey cancelled the flight and now i want my money back to book another flight so that i can go home but no one is answering i send hundreds of emails calls with no response
