The Kent, WA store service was great! Had a very good experience and thanks to the 90 day return/exchange policy, I was able to try some shoes and find my favorite shoes ever.

I really don't understand why they have only a 3.0. Yes, their website feels like it's from the early 2000s and they should probably invest in updating it, but that has nothing to do with they great variety they have, the speed at which they get stuff to you, and their excellent customer service. If you're even a casual runner a membership makes sense and you get great pricing!

I have been a customer for years & I have nothing but good things to say about RRS Overall their product line’s & service has been quality Esp with the Membership the discount % is reasonable & can even be applied to sale items Returns are easy with a reasonable return shipping charge Staff have always been helpful/ patient/& knowledgeable to help me get what my workout/ clothing needs are for that or for casual & travel the Korsa line is a quality/ nicely designed clothing line for my needs and as I have gotten older & being minimum savvy tech wise on line they have been helpful with my orders I would definitely give them a chance as a sportswear/ active shoe use retailer Thank you through these years mark cny

Ordering was quick and easy despite 4th of July sale. Non member shipping price is very reasonable and uses UPS ground with tracking and delivery window. They have a large inventory which helps my husband who wears size 13. We are told the day of shipment, just 2 days after ordering and arrival 2 days after shipping. Very pleased.
