No US presence, appalling sales process, highly unprofessional.
This startup is pathetic in terms of sales execution. Bought in the US ~5k$ of equipment from them, just to be 3 weeks later informed by Fedex that: a) I am the "importer" of the goods to the US and I will be contacted by the US Border Agency to clairfy everything (which of course Rokoko did not inform me about) b) I will be paying ~4k$ for the shippment from Europe to the US - which, of course, Rokoko did not inform me about. Then, they do not even process the payments correctly. It is done by a 3rd party, so in my case when I cancelled the order for above mentioned reasons, I had difficulties with getting my money back. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED to buy from them.
