I ordered a bar necklace and a couple of rings and bracelets. Spend well over $150 and it never shipped or arrived.They asked if there was another address they could ship them to, so I provided one. They never shipped and will not issue a refund.

Please do not buy here the customer service is horrible they don’t refund or deliver any items dontfall for this they don’t give you what you pay for in having to open a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back

I ordered a necklace last year in October, yes OCT 2020. I was hoping the delievery would take like 1-2 months .In all this time I was patient with the process but I had enough. This company was only replying to some of my messages in the beginning with the same automated message . I was getting the same automated excuse for 7 months and no actual data or progress in the delievery. After 6 months I was actually asking for a refund , but no sign . At this point they were not even responding . Then I wrote a review on trustpilot. Only when they saw a negative review they responded with an actual email saying that they would give me my refund and give me the item that i ordered. They asked me to remove this review and write a positive one. I am truly sick of this . I just wanted the necklace ,but it seems that I will never get it. They said it would be shipped a month ago and now they are not replying.

I am so happy that customer service was worth the while. I have been contacting them due to my order not having a tracking number and they finally reached out to me.They explained me well and it made me feel better that I didnt loose faith in this company. Covid really does play a huge part for shipping but I think letting customer like me who is confused and afraid as to what is going on with the order must be top priority. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely order again.
