You just made a customer for life

Reviewed on 2021-03-26T15:28:59

With only a couple weeks left in the season, I cracked the tip of my ski. Bought them in December 2017,so well out of regular warranty, so a very sad way to end the season. But, I figured, lets submit a claim anyway, since the worst they could say is "no". Well, 2 days after submitting the claim, they said "yes". I couldn't be happier. Thank you Rossignol for taking care of your customers!

Dreadful customer service

Reviewed on 2021-03-18T07:08:41

Dreadful customer service, slow, incompetent and unresponsive. To return the item I had to email Customer Care (3 times)to request a returns label (there was no label inside the parcel and it is not possible to do it online!) - and I am still waiting for this label after 7 days!! In the meantime I had some emails promising a response within 24-48 hours which has not materialised. So I am not still able to send my item and get my money back. Rossignol, get your act together! This is a great way to lose customers. What a pity, there are some great clothes.

Rossignol Ski Jackets

Reviewed on 2021-03-14T13:09:56

I have two rossignol jackets, both have had issues. One was cosmetic, a metal badge on the jacket fell off.The other, the zipper keeps breaking. While under warranty it was replaced. A year later broke again and tried to have a 20 cent replacement zipper shipped to me to keep the style. They would not ship it to me, would not sell to me. The quality of the zipper is horrible. I have had many jackets, never such issues. Maybe I just had two lemon jackets...

Online returns

Reviewed on 2021-02-18T07:10:20

Purchased clothing online late Dec-20, items arrived early Jan-21, all good so far.Returned two items a few days later and followed the returns procedure to the letter. Almost 5 weeks later I have still not received my refund! I am having to waste time contacting their customer service almost daily for an update and have tried to escalate the matter to no avail. All I’ve been told over the last few weeks is the matter is being investigated with their courier company. While this is all going on they are refusing to process my refund although they can clearly see the goods were returned. Probably the worst online customer care/process I have ever experienced.

Poor quality materials

Reviewed on 2021-01-04T12:29:02

I purchased JC de Castelbajac Women's Oblic Full Zip Sweater and JC de Castelbajac Women's Bessi Tights for £190 in April last year, and deeply regret this. I barely used them due to the Covid situation and still the quality of the materials is really poor. The Sweater made a hole under the armpit after being used once, and the elastic waist band on the leggings frays around the back seam (with pieces of white elastic coming out of the black elastic band). After months of back and forth discussions, Rossignol customer care agreed to refund me for the Sweater but not the leggings (but they sent me a replacement for the returned original pair). The replacement is now doing the same thing from the first use. I counted ten pieces of white elastic coming out of the black waist band. I am still waiting for the refund for the Sweater I returned and chasing for a resolution for the poor quality leggings. Sharing with other potential customers so they can avoid the pain I am dealing with. Following this review, I was contacted on Monday 4 January 2021 to submit a claim for the leggings (sending all the information already sent to customer services via email through their ticket system, which I did). Awaiting any response or feedback on this. Regarding the refund of the sweater which I was told was issued on 24 dec 2020 - it wasn’t actually done until now (4 weeks later, after I posted this review).
