Over that decade, Rubric became more than a translation agency; they became a true strategic partner. What I liked: • Experienced team: Over the years, we worked with several different Rubric project managers. Each transition was handled smoothly and professionally, and every new project manager delivered with the same high level of expertise while meeting our very demanding requirements. • Communication and timelines: Despite a complex array of overlapping deliveries, Rubric ensured alignment through clear and proactive communication. Their “exceeds expectations” translation delivery report was especially valuable, as it identified potential quality concerns before we had a chance to surface them ourselves. • Professional quality: Translations were accurate, culturally appropriate, and well adapted to the target audience. There was consistent attention to detail and strong terminology management throughout the process. • Pricing: Rubric’s pricing model was very competitive, and they actively sought opportunities to reduce translation costs for our products without compromising quality. Areas for improvement: • To balance this review, I want to include a couple of areas for improvement. However, I simply cannot. They met or exceeded my expectations at every turn.
