It also has regular flights to the countries of the CIS, Europe, the Near East, South Asia and to countries in the Asia-Pacific region. S7 Airlines is a member of the global oneworld aviation alliance, world leader in providing quality services to passengers. Branches and representatives of S7 can be found in 37 cities in Russia, 13 cities in the CIS, and in 14 other cities worldwide, including Frankfurt-am-Maine (Germany), Beijing (China), Seoul (South Korea), Antalya (Turkey) and Bangkok (Thailand). S7 Airlines leads the market in the provision of on-line services, allowing passengers to choose flights, reserve tickets, make payments and check in for flights through its website. In 2008 the airline changed over entirely to the use of e-ticket technology, and 2009 saw the launch of the first mobile website of any Russian airline, here at s7.ru. Then, in January 2011, the airline introduced the ‘mobile boarding pass' service. The S7 Priority program enables frequent flyers to collect miles, and receive bonuses from S7 Airlines, other oneworld members, and from other commercial partners.

In Feb 2020, and way before everyone reliased how serious the situation with Covid-19 was,I booked tickets to fly from Dubai to Novosibirsk (Russia) as well as return. I also got a couple more tickets to fly around Russia. Sometime later, once most of the world was in lockdown due to Covid, I decided to cancel my flights and wait out the storm before I travel again. Me being Russian and knowing how Russian businesses operate, I was super skeptical about getting anything back for those flights. To my surprise, I actually got all my money back! To my further surprise, I got all that back within 5 days! My trust and confidence have dramatically increased in S7. Definitely will book my future travel through them.

We booked a flight to Moscow to Bulgaria and the cancelled it to the next day! Want to give us a voucherbut I don’t want a voucher I would like my money back but can not speak to this company as they say my mobile/email isn’t recognised but they texted and confirmed by booking on both!

Booking an upgrade from economy to business class is not worth it. You don't get priority boarding,you don't get lounge access, you don't get anything but the bigger seat.

They broke my bicycle and ignored my damage report

They broke my bicycle. A new expensive bicycle with just two months of use that was well packaged in a box,and after paying about US$100 for check it in. I called them right after landing (no S7 office at the airport) because the box was open and clearly could see the damage, I sent them 2 emails with a damage report made by me including photos and information, I sent them the damage deport on their online form from their website twice, called them multime times and still I recevied a letter from their office at Siberia saying that they have not received nothing and were proceeding to close the case due to the damage report missing. Unbelievable.

S7 Airlines never issue official air tickets after payment confirmation

S7 Airlines only issued us payment confirmation on the 6 persons air tickets (flying from Novosibirsk to Kuala Lumpur on 13 of Aug,2019 morning )we bought on 2018 Dec 24.Our order no. was MBZPODU But until today we were not issued official air ticket. We tried to print our air ticket via the link "Manage your booking" given by them, but failed to print because it always came up with these words "something went wrong,lease try later...","some products being processed". We saw our tickets there but never able to print.3 days ago I replied to their payment confirmation reflecting that no official tickets were issued to us but until today there is no response. As the flight date is drawing near, we got no alternative but to launch our complaint here. Hope S7 Airlines will see our issue here & email us the official air tickets. If the payment confirmation is our air ticket then S7 please let us know.

A terrible customer support!

When I call to clarify information about my friends from Vietnam (they weren't allowed to check-in and ask me about help because guys didn't speak russian or english)agent Yulia was too rude. Phrases like "it's not my problem, i have no idea where there a name or surname of passangers" sounds unpleasant and actually all that was said by such an irritable tone like it's not your job to assist your passangers. Is that what you get paid for, guys? Even if you don't know an answer to my question or if it's not your responsibility you have to be polite, you know. Shame on you and guys who hired you.
