DNB has destroyed what was Norway’s best bank. Fees have gone up, customer service down and the new app is terrible.
Just no. Bye DNB.
What where they thinking? They had a great and intuitive app, and now they give us THIS? I can't even figure out how to pay my bills. All basic functionality is now gone.

This bank is ruined by DNB. They have removed everything that was great, including the online bank.
Horrible service after DnB took over
Horrible service after DnB took over. Been happy customer customer since 2000 until DnB took over. Impossible to get accounts closed. Impossible to get through on customer service phone (been waiting 25+min repeatedly, w/o result). No service via mail, just referral to phone... No option to raise cases securely via app. No option in Norway to raise "Forbruker" complaint via e.g. Forbrukerrådet.
I have been with Sbanken since 2014
I have been with Sbanken since 2014, it was excellent. Since the DNB takeover, it is now a shambles. Bear in mind that the mighty DNB have had plenty of time to set the App up, it is still doesn't have the functionality of the old App since before Easter. My advice is avoid at all costs, and DNB of course, who incidentally have the nerve to say Sbanken is a DNB concept.

Stay AWAY! Norways best and cheapest bank was bought by the worst and most expensive bank (DNB). This has lead to crap functionality, even basic functionality like an online-bank has been removed. I have been a customer with Sbanken, formerly Skandiabanken, for over 15 years. But in its present form Sbanken is simply impossible to use even for simple banking-needs, and I have left for another bank.

From time to time they send some random sms in Norwegian that the online banking will not work for 3 days, most likely holidays when you travel. Think 3 times before you sign up for this bank it is really bad. And they do not support Apple Pay so welcome back in 2010 with your wallet. App is horrible In norwegian ONLY
