I have the Schwinn IC4 Spin bike

I have the Schwinn IC4 Spin bike. I am trying to leave my review on their website, but of course, they make it as difficult as possible to do so, probably because they know the reviews will all be so bad. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. I did a lot of research prior to buying this bike, and I noticed that a lot of people complained about issues with either noise with the pedals or one pedal falling off. Well, BOTH have happened to me. Pretty much instantly, I started to notice these issues with the bike. It sounds like I am running over a duck each time the pedal rotates, and the left one just flat out fell off during a ride. I bought this bike as a cheaper option to the Peloton, and I can't even use it now. I called the company, and they said the replacement parts would take 2 weeks. Well, 5 weeks later they are here. I was told that the shipment of the parts would trigger a tech to call me. Well, the parts have been here for days now and nothing. I called 3 days ago, and I was told I would hear from someone soon. Nothing. Now it has been at least 6 weeks. I have not been able to use the bike all this time. Research the pedal issue. I am far from the only one who reported this issue.read more

Biggest slap in the face I have ever recieved

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Wanted to gift my sister a bike for her birthday but instead I received a disaster of a bike.It was a real slap in the face unlike no other. Bike came scuffed like it has been tossed around like some sort of rag doll. The basket for the bike was also scuffed and was dirty like it was previously used. Bolts and screws didn't even come in a bag, instead they were just thrown into the box and i had to search through the box like a kid looking for candy when the piñata breaks. One of the brake cables were clipped at the end so the brakes served no purpose other than aesthetics. And to top it all off the bike didn't even come with handle bars. NO HANDLE BARS. I will not be buying from Schwinn ever again.read more

Your bikes both electic and standard suck. I am waiting 3 months for a new battery and charger on equipment that's only a few months old. This is ridiculous. I had the bike for two months and it crapped out on me. I had another new schwinn pedal bike the had the worst feel of any bike I've ever owned. It drove shifted and braked like terrible. The electric bike was a monroe 350. The pedal bike didnt even have a name other than terrible master.read more
My wife bought a schwinn beach cruiser…

My wife bought a schwinn beach cruiser as there were none in the store thanks to COVID 19 we had one delivered to our house. When I noticed the front rim was bent we tried contacting Walmart since they were the middle men. No luck with those people. So we tried contacting the schwinn company directly. No help there either. No one cared that we received a damaged product. Now I have 2 choices throw away a $240 bike or buy a new rim for a brand new bike. Won't ever buy a crappy bike from schwinn again.read more
I bought a Schwinn Connection in 2016

I bought a Schwinn Connection in 2016. It is a good sturdy entry-level bike. Most bikes are made inAsian countries and what people do not know is that before they had financial problems and were purchased they had Taiwan bicycle company to make many of their bikes. Working as a contractor for Schwinn is how Giant developed its name. Now, most of Schwinn products are made in China. I would recommend Schwinn to anyone that averages less than 100 miles a month of bike riding a month. It can handle more miles but I would stay economical if not putting on more than 1,200 miles annually. And with an economical bike if you do ride more miles you can add on more expensive components later.read more
