Poor quality shoes with reoccurring defects

Poor quality shoes with reoccurring defects on the same model of shoes. Costumer service unable to help and put all blame on me. This company doesn't seem to have any quality guarantees for the products they sell.

Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots from Scorett in December 2022, paying 2,000 SEK, expecting high quality. However, after just one month, the sides of the boots started coming apart. I sent them for repair, but the same issue occurred again, with both boots falling apart. I took the boots to the nearest Scorett store as instructed, only to receive them back without any repair. I was told that the boots couldn't be repaired and that no refund would be offered, which was extremely disappointing. Given the amount of money I paid for the boots, I feel let down by both the quality of the product and the lack of proper customer service. I am now left with a pair of boots that I cannot use. I am requesting a full refund, as the product is defective and has failed to meet basic expectations of quality and durability. I will not recommend Scorett to anyone due to this negative experience.

I bought boots on Thursday that I liked…

I bought boots on Thursday that I liked and I tried them on when I was at home all day on Friday because I have an issue with my knees and I cant have any boots, they have to be comfortable. On Saturday, I tried to return them because they were not comfortable for me but they would not accept it because I had it on me even thought it was only at home. Now I’m stuck with boots that I cant wear and paid almost 2000 SEK for. Customer service was no help either. I’m very disappointed

This company is scam

This company is scam. I ordered some winterboots, never received a confirmation of my order, nor an invoice, nor the shoes. I will report this to the police.

Bought shoes which fell apart (price…

Bought shoes which fell apart (price 1400 sek), they replaced them. Then it happens again and I should send the shoes in, well... No contact or support for four months... Contact via phone is not possible, support via Facebook finally opened a channel for me and I should write my mail again. FINALLY got an answer and they're sorry for what happened and they would refund my shoes. Yeah... Sorry but I expect more than just a refund.

Terrible customer service

I bought boots of the brand Canada Snow. The first day on put on them I see that one shoe has a defect. The customer service I received when I went back to the store to get the shoe fixed was one of the worst I have experienced. I would agree to any solution. My only request was to fix the shoe by tomorrow since I bought the shoes to use them on a ski trip I am heading to tomorrow. Unfortunately, they refused to replace the defected shoe or could they guarantee to fix it by tomorrow. They could neither offer me other options. They just kept referring to their policies that of course doesn’t mean anything to me or something that I agreed to at the time of purchase. I bought my shoes in Mall of Scandinavia but since I leave in Uppsala I visited their store in Gränby Uppsala to get help

Overpriced and from previous seasons

I do not think that is normal to have the same shoes for 3 years with the same price as I have seen in some of the shops. Unless you are selling vintage which is not the case. So you go and buy some pair of expensive shoes which are 3 years old and are being sold for the same price. The normal thing to do is to discount the material you have left from other seasons instead of tricking the customer.
