Delays, broken promises, appalling service
I am selling my parents house in Irlam, Salford as they have sadly both died. Our buyer's solicitor submitted a search request in November 2020 and in early January you said they would be back by 26 January. No reports. Then you said 29 January. No reports. Then you said 8 February (today). But I have just been told it won't be today, it will be 12 February! Why should I believe you? No explanation, broken promises, and truly appalling service. This is causing a lot of stress and upset!!
Crap report - absolutely no use of data from their databases
This company works with home buying solicitors for providing area searches which involves utilities in the local area. The quality of information they produce is totally outdated for the ridiculous price they charge via solicitor. I later found that a better report can be obtained from the utility companies for a fraction of the cost. In their website they say they claim they have performed 1 million searches, god bess those reports!
