Excellent! Fab tool, free service has no restrictions on the tool capabilities...so no hidden chargesto make your marketing email look super professional.
The online support/chat has been top-notch. They have helped for every question I have had, and I have asked them loads whilst setting up my new subscription service. Can't fault them, super impressed.
Oh and since I sent my last email yesterday, I can already see stats of how many people opened the email, where in the world they are, and if the email has landed safely. Previously I would simply send on an email from my account, but now I have stats. Awesome!

This is really bad software… where do I start?
Plus:
- The landing page looks nice,modern and attractive.
- The prices look good, much lower than the competition.
Cons…
Lots of bugs:
- Takes minutes to receive a test e-mail. If you like testing how things look as a REAL e-mail, you'll waste plenty of time. (That's on Gmail and only with Sender.net.) Support's reply to this issue was basically "works for me."
- When you insert an emoji, it looks fine in the preview. But in the actual e-mails a line-break gets inserted before and after each emojis, breaking the whole layout.
- The app asked me to log in all the time even if I clicked "Remember me".
- Some button in the taskbar did not work when my account was brand new.
- Mismatch between the e-mail previews and the actual e-mails.
- The editor sort of randomly adds/removes line-breaks.
Missing features:
- So-so UI for the app itself.
- The test/preview e-mails do not replace custom fields with actual values. So if you have a typo in a custom field you won't see it until your e-mail is being sent to real people. Makes the whole "send a test email" feature sort of useless.
Lost e-mails/money:
- Switched all my sites to use Sender.net. Worked fine! But then they blocked my account as part of a verification process and did not even e-mail me about it! Found out days later, by chance, when connecting to their app. This means people could not sign up to my lists/sites for days. I lost emails – and so money – because of it.
I really wanted to like this product. It looked great and affordable at first (on the landing page.) But everything is half-assed about it.

FYI, it's not necessarily much better elsewhere. Tried these autoresponders too:
- AWeber. Forces you to use double opt-in if you use their API. (And their API is overly complicated compared to the competition.)
- MailChimp's UI is plain horrible.
- Settled for ConvertKit. They're not cheap and the default e-mails look horrible (and their e-mail preview also has inaccuracies), but at least the core functionality works and, with some tweaking, the e-mails look nice enough.
