Very problematic and inefficient support. I used this service for years pay as you go.The last time i paid the monthly plan but nowhere I saw that it's autorenewal. After the second month was billed I asked for a refund as I didn't use the service at all also for EU law i have a right to a refund in 14 days after purchase. After applying for a refund they are sending me the third time for same link and nobody want to solve the problem. I can't understand the logic, i used this service for years but after this behavior of sendpulse support i will move to another service. So I don't recommend to anybody this service because once you need help from support, don't expect to receive any help! Very disappointed!

Signed up for simple SMTP service for transactional emails for our web agency. 1 day later says we are blocked,no reason, no explanation ... We are not blacklisted in anyway so we are now with mailjet. Worst user experience I've ever witnessed, especially for a sign up process. We also requested they delete all our personal info from their servers via GDPR as seems suspicious. Here is our response from SendPulse: Hello, your site theeasywebsitecompany.co.uk is not working. Working site is a prerequisite for registration in the SMTP service. Also, the campaign should be sent according to the principle of single or double opt-in when the recipient confirms subscription by clicking on a particular link in the confirmation letter, which you must send immediately after the subscriber indicates his address on your site. Any mailings to addresses without single and double opt-in can cause delivery problems (when a campaign is not in inbox); high level of spam complaints about unauthorized mailings; and as a result loss of the sender's reputation. Please note that you agreed to these terms when registering with the service: Unfortunately, your SMTP account cannot be activated. You will be contacted to delete your account. Hope for understanding. *** Our reply back is below: You mean this website? Which is clearly working? theeasywebsitecompany.co.uk Also what campaign? We just tried to sign up and register? This is all rubbish isn’t it really what you’re saying ... So our website clearly works and we were just trying to sign up, there are no campaigns running because we couldn't sign up?! Also we signed up for transactional emails.. to send invoices to clients. I wouldn't trust these people with my money or my personal information.
