My experience with Sheertex has been horrible, HORRIBLE! I did write a review on the Sheertex site (1 Star)several days ago and now notice that it is not available on their website now or it is buried behind so many layers that you will never find it. They do not have a way to sort reviews by stars or by date. I wonder why they would set up their system like that....oh yeah....to bury any of the bad stuff. We are on to you, Sheertex - you are giving Canada a bad name.
I spent over $250 dollars on tights several months ago. They came during the PANDEMIC - and I was working from home and not wearing work clothes. I ordered to their sizing guidelines and tried one pair on when they came. Seemed OK, but I didn’t spend any time in them. Fast forward to last week when I finally emerged from isolation and wore a pair to church. Almost immediately as I walked in them, they started sliding down my torso and past my hips. I couldn’t keep them up and ended up taking them completely off in the church restroom. I contacted Sheertex and they said they couldn’t do anything because I was outside the 30 day window. It is a PANDEMIC people - everyone else is adjusting how they do business - but not you. I am utterly sick that I spent so much money with you and am stuck with product that is no good to me (except maybe tying up a tomato plant or two in the garden.). Then they had the nerve to offer me a 30% discount to buy more!! They way I see it, this is a WIN (Sheertex) LOSE (me) scenario that I am smart enough not to go for. You already have over $250 of my hard earned disposable income - I think that is $250 too much!
I am going to make it my mission to spread the word about Sheertex and your practices. No one else should be scammed by you if I can help it.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not an ethical, customer-friendly organization. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of Sheertex on September 2020. I only wore them about 5 times total, given the pandemic.When I tried them on today, I realized they were defective, with one of the fibers dislodged and pulling on the rest of the fabric. I contacted customer support, provided them with pictures, and they said they would be unable to help me given that their warranty is only for 30 days. I believe that tights these expensive should not be defective after 5 uses. I will never purchase from this brand again - for the cost of these tights, I could've gotten much better quality leggings elsewhere.

This was such a good purchase! My order came in pretty (sustainable!) packaging super quickly,my tights are super cute, and they're just as durable as they say! I couldn't believe it but am SO glad I finally bought these after seeing the ads, it's worth it!

I purchased two pairs of Sheertex sheers and the ultrasheer mini polka dot tights had lines right out of the package.I reached out to customer service and was sent a message about how to massage them out and because I was outside of the 30 day warranty, they wouldn't replace them. The lines didn't massage out and since I spent $90 on them, I attempted to wear them a second time only to have them rip. After going back and forth with customer service, I was offered a 30% promo to purchase MORE tights. The icing on the cake was when I posted on social media and they had the gall to tell me that they can't offer lifetime warranties and they're just a piece of clothing after all, as if expecting them to refund and/or replace defective tights that I just spent $90 dollars on due to false marketing was an unreasonable request. In short, Sheertex is a scam of a company. Stay away!

HORRIBLE, FALSE ADVERTISING. This is the first negative online review I've ever left for a product,but the experience was SO bad that I felt I had to do it. First off, this is the only site where I've seen honest reviews about this product, and that just frustrated me even more.
My sister and I got these tights for Christmas (I know the review is a bit delayed :)) and opened them excited to put them on. Only we put them on and both of our tights already had lines in them. I was trying to massage them out as they'd mentioned on the packaging and my hang nail tore my sister's tights (later mine as well). Naturally we wrote the company shocked. They told us it was a defect and would send new tights, but first we had to cut them in half. We did so, sent the picture, and they sent us new ones. Only for us to try the new ones on and the SAME THING HAPPENED. Our hang nails, finger nails, dog's nails, bumping into a wall, etc. have all snagged and slightly torn my tights. We complained and they finally agreed to give us a refund, but only to again cut the tights in half. It's a joke of a company, and they're selling products that don't do what they advertise. Not to mention awful customer service. I wish I could post pictures to share...

Bad advertising! Got these and yeah, they don't last! I'm not going to waste your time by writing what other reviewers already have.Quality is bad, customer service is worse...read more reviews here and yeah, that's basically it. Save your money. Buy some cheapies, and keep a spare pair kicking around in your desk or something.
Update...As you can see by their reply here, 30 days is all the time you get. If I am wearing them 5 days a week that's like 20 wears that they guarantee (but who wears the exact same stockings every workday for a month?). I can typically get 3-5 wears from a cheapie pair that doesn't look much different and when you compare the price it's still cheaper to go with the cheapies. Just not something I'd personally recommend unless you have enough money to be willing to flush it. If money isn't any kind of issue for you, sure, they're gonna last a little bit longer. If you're the kind of person who would buy these as a treat to yourself and be disappointed if they didn't last...just don't waste your money.

I tried to put a review on the website because I had a bad experience. After I submitted the review,it never saved on their website. Absolute false advertising. They only allow 5 star ratings to appear on the review section of the website. Here is the review I wrote:
Honest review: Be wary, these tights are not what they advertise...
I heard about Sheertex through my friend, who recommended the brand to me. I was tired of always having to buy new tights due to runs or snags. I asked my mom if she would get me a pair of Sheertex for Christmas. She was reluctant because of how expensive they are, however I assured her that they were “The World’s Strongest Tights” as advertised on their website. I explained that they were an investment piece, and would last me a long time.
I received a bundle of two tights for Christmas and didn’t have an excuse to wear them over the holiday due to the lockdown. In-person work opened up in February and I was eager to wear my tights. On the third time that I wore the tights, someone walked past me and I felt something on my thigh. I looked down in horror because a snag had appeared. I immediately panicked thinking about how expensive these tights were and that I already got a snag in them even though they are supposedly “10x stronger than steel”. I was assured however because I thought that customer service would be able to help me out.
Long story short, I was wrong. Customer service said that because this happened two weeks after the warranty, they were unable to do anything. After numerous email exchanges, I was told their answer was final - they couldn’t help due to the fact our “warranty period” was past 30 days. Ironically, this was 2 weeks past the 30 days. I am extremely disappointed with the Sheertex product and Sheertex customer service. I feel guilty that my mom spent over $120 on tights that will snag just as easily as tights you can buy at the Dollar Store for $3. At least if I snag those $3 tights, I won’t have wasted my money.
Update: The next time I tried to wear these tights again, I noticed little horizontal pulls all up the thigh. For reference, I am 5”6, 127 lbs and bought a medium. I don’t think it was a sizing issue. These tights are just not as durable as they state, or maybe I received a defective pair.
Update 2 (May 4, 2021): I received a package in the mail today from Sheertex. It was a brand new pair of Classic Sheer Tights. Thank you so much for reaching out and sending a new pair! It is greatly appreciated!

My tights ripped the first wear. They replaced the tights quickly, and then my second pair ripped on their first wear.These are supposedly unbreakable tights - very false advertising in my experience. For reference, I work in an office, and don't have long nails. My 15$ tights have lasted longer, so I'll be sticking with those.
