Well i have received packages from shiprocket many times and they are actually professional in theirfield but this time i don't know why my order was showing delivered even though i didn't received it.... After calling the product company and raising a complaint i received my order within half an hour.

It was a horrible experience…shiprocket..
They say they charge less but they charge up to rs 180 per kg for some places..I agree some times there shipping is less but they somehow earn it with weight discrepancy option.. weight descripency is a big SCAM… Any how they are always at win win situation.. if you do not pay for it thn they ll not allow u to use there services also money in ur wallet is with them..
One of my parcel of worth Rs 5000 is lost… also, 1 of my parcel is rto initiated without attempting delivery… now they had sent it to me back… but from last 2 months no update s… also money from my wallet both to and fro of parcel deducted… ise kehte hai khaya peeta kuch nahi aur glass tode batana.. na parcel pahucha na wapis mila aur shipping I charged both sides..
1 of my parcel, m sending mails following up I was after there life for it… suddenly after a month I received mail we didn't heard from u so we are discarding the parcel.. how mean isn't it?

We taraf se shipping kum karenge dusari taraf se weight descripency k naam par paise lenge.. sab barobar karte hai
I received call from executive saying if i wll recharge my ship rocket wallet by rs 10000 shipping amount ll be reduced also more courier ll be added … I did it… it was a tempting deal… next month they put my service on hold saying u have to pay 6000 as u had upgraded plan

They some how cheat people with there tempting plans..
Remember wo kuch sasta nahi hai… they somehow make money from us only…
Also… there is no parcel insurance kind of thing.. they have so many rules for it… that they somehow come up with win win solution for them only

Rubbish customer services , details Mailed on well along with call details .Customer services said do what u want to do and disconnected the call twice without resolution without midway conversations... from 6th of may am regularly try to fix my problem...but no solution...hub incharge says... no vehicle....
+91 96162 28397 arrangements...Distance is too far...sometimes don’t have slot of delivery guys..Very rude behaviour...Atlast we deliver our 8 packet to chandauli hub at 4 pm on 13th of may...and the statement was from the side of hub manager “Aap ko aiese he lana padega yahan hum lene nhi aa payenge kyun ki aap ki location bahut door hai”
Customer care wale bus mAfi mangte rehte hai... unka fev kaam hai ye...6th of may se main try kr rha hu pro fix krne ki but koi sunne wala nhi.
Ankur aap ke yhn koi hai unse bada jhutha insaan koi nhi hai.. kaam nhi ho rha hai ye to dikh rha hai uper se aap jhuthe wade kro abhi krwa sham ko krwa rha hu uske baad proper response na dena... this very Pathetic seriously..Ap ke bus ka jub hai nhi to kyun le lete hai kaam.
