I ordered a dress which had stiching and size issues. I applied for refund ( there was no return or exchange option)and then was made to struggle for 45 days complain after complain. They said sellor have a strong proof
so I should submit videos ( along with all pictures provided multiple times). Despite uploading then the video they claimed quality issue/ change of mind is not applicable for refund. How. Is getting a cloth with broken stiches a " change of mind"

The nightmare as a Shopee seller

The nightmare of using Shopee as seller starts when my buyer request a refund for 6 times in 9days.I had disputed all request and i won for 6 times with the proof and evidence. Just imagine how ridiculous i fight for 6 times in 9days. Buyer will request again 1 hour after each case complete proven that i have shipped the correct item. Shopee said buyer will not be able to return/refund after release payment to seller. That's wrong! Their another 4agents contacted me via email (buyer still can request refund
through email-WHAT IS THIS?!)and through calls to provide a replacement/refund to customer (because buyer want to report to tribunal) after 6 times i won the case in dispute system and the payment had been released to me. Again i have to fight now outside shopee. Shopee system is too weak, cannot even stand on their 1000s of policies. Im using Shopee is to have my back up, but this is very very very disappointing.. as Shopee taking all the fees in each and every transaction...

They keep telling me to wait for 3 working days so that they can bring it up to the relevant department.Then they asked me to wait again for 7 - 14 working days for the refund to be credited to my account. In the end, the refund was not credited and when I brought the issue up again, the cycle continues...

I didn't received my parcel at all. And the agent assigned was stupid. Asking me to ask neighbours askmy guard when its pandemic now and i lived in a gated guarded landed double storey residents with only one entry in and out. Plus i have a small toddler with me.I lived alone and was at home entire time. And the shopee express courier dare to state my name as the recipient. Not one text not call.. And the agent keeps on defending saying that sometimes they cannot enter resident and so forth. Never have other courier causes problems like this. Asking have they ever enter your compound, like they delivered it right to my delicate hands ! What are you talking about ! Instead of reaching to their own courier and verify the issues they want customer to do all the extra work after using their services and paid for it !!!
