Avoid Shopee if you are not sure about the item you are buying if it is poor quality or not the same as the picture posted by the seller.Even what you get is a poor fake product the seller is selling. Shopee won't guarantee to side with the buyers. Lazada is much better because I can return and have my money refund if I received a fake product or damaged item. Never going to buy at Shopee again.

Please don't use Shopee is a scam. They will never refund you. They gave you a broken piece of item and you can never claim back your amount back.The refund button when you click on the amount is stuck with only $0.06. It will not go to your amount you purchase. I hope to write this review and more people know. Please do not buy from this scam company shopee. They cheat people money.

Bad logistic or shipping contractors. Delivery with 3 to 5 days projection. On day of delivery no notice of delivery on the way and time frame.Raising my anxiety for 3 to 5 days wondering which day. DBS/POSB promo and Shopee collaboration as scammers

DBS/POSB promo is stupid. The promo is on every Thurs - at 12:01AM when wanting to apply the promo,it always show fully redeemed. What is the point to put this promo as every Thursday when within 1 min past midnight it is fully redeemed. It’s seems the bank or Shopee limits to 1 redemption per day or it is just a bullsh*t promo? In the terms and conditions there isn’t indication that says what the cap is for redemption. Moreover the last time I tried, before clicking on placing order, it showed the discount was applied. When after I clicked and submit order, the discount just disappeared and did not apply to my purchase. This is a scam! After writing into Shopee, they first said promo has been fully redeemed which wasn’t so as there was no sign that it says it is fully redeemed. Second reason they gave was because I used this and that voucher so cannot be stacked (terms & conditions have no indication on this as well) All these reasons do not explain why the discount was shown and then taken out after I made my purchase. This is call cheating your customers!! Does Singapore allows this at all?

Shoppe got many evil sellers. They said got stock after waiting 2 weeks say no stock waste ur time.Shoppe allow such evil sellers and keep repeating all these til ppl have to give up..shoppe is the same as ebay full of evil,lies and fakes..I been a loyal customer for 4 years but have to give up because these 4 years not a single bit of improvement..I will ask all ppl to stay away too

Shopee Guarantee is a scam

Shopee refund is largely a scam because if there's anything wrong with the item, you won't get a refund despite their "guarantee".Here are a few scenarios that will happen:
1. The seller might offer you $1 voucher (LOL) and ask you to close the case.
2. If you escalate to Shopee Dispute Centre, you have to provide photo and video evidence. If they approve, you have to send the item back to Shopee at your own cost.
3. After more weeks of waiting, seller might claim they did not receive item and refuse to agree to refund. YES - SELLER MUST AGREE TO REFUND.
4. If seller still doesn't agree to refund (which is very likely), you will not get your money back. End of the day, Shopee will always side with the seller because they want to keep seller commission.
This happens even if the seller has lots of good reviews. So if you still want to buy from Shopee, it's best to keep your purchase as low as possible to minimise loss and to avoid getting white hair and high blood pressure.

I order my parcel and was told to wait on the very day as sms indicated it has been out for delivery.Waited for 12 hours and decided to call them to enquire, i was told to wait for 2 to 4 more hours more and it will be delivered. The item did not come but only found a sms saying its at my door after 4.5 hours of wait which i have already been in bed. imagine I have waited for 16.5 hours since receiveing a sms from Shopee on the delivery. the item was place on door the entire night and shopee has the cheek to have their third party to come to my door to beg for one more change as these logistic companies will be fined and even loose their rice bowl. Hearing the thrid party logistic company plead , I let it go and close the chapter as they are also making a living. Today I have contacted shopee for some support but they are not helpful at all despite the last bad service.. Enough is enough of this platform as there are other buying platform. very very bad service and support. I
