Ordered 4 packs of 15 grams of Small buds, to only receive 1 pack, contacted the ticketing system,no answer after 48h, really upset already overpaid 30euros for a 10 days delivery (they blamed the Covid when other companies in Italy can deliver in 24h to Czech Republic) A real shame of a company I really hope someone can read this and sort the issue ASAP. It's like I would go to work for a day and not getting paid... Disgusting.
Edit: Blaming the carrier? Limiting my account to make sure my review on your site is not visible, top customer support here, not even the decency to apologize for such a messed up delivery. What a shame of a company it is.
And don't trust the positive reviews, they are all from Friends and employees from the company, the owner is so shady that he doesn't care anymore, you can even see 2 sisters with the same name giving a positive reviews.
2 new bad reviews (that the owner flags instantly) and boom magic, 25+ positive reviews popping up from nowhere in less than 3 days... Saying not only he got good product but the management is fantastic, when most of his customer care is done from the Philippines... Lame company and shady moves to try to bury his bad reputation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
PS: 2 things I am a he not a she, Czech Republic carriers are not thieves, cause your parcel came with the Italian Post plastic cover on top of your plastic cover and then it was a DHL cover on it.
And How can you use the word honest when bad reviews are instantly flagged (you flagged mine twice without any reason and banned my account on your pathetic site to make sure my review won't appear there) you sir are a Fraud!
