I sent the clothes back to the address that they were sent from and asked for a bigger size.I have the return receipt but never heard from the person I sent my clothes to. I ordered shoes before Christmas. They came late. I needed to exchange them. All seemed fine exceptthey now refuse to send me a replacement...I had to pay to return them and now they say I need a tracking number to show I returned them. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE. Horrible company. I received a rubbish watch but.... I ordered another item!!! After writing to them they told me to return the watch (what I did)as they will give me a refund and send the right item in a few days. It cost me £8.00 to return the watch. I never received a refund and of course I never received my item! I sent another email to explain this situation and they didn't respond... Avoid this company, they are scammers.read more

If I could give Walmart half a star I would. First of all they stock with old, inferior merchandise.When the product does not perform as expecter they do not stand behind it. Y will be out our money you paid and still have merchandise you can't use. The so called management person I dealt with knew nothing about "Customer Service". How Victoria got to be a manager is beyond me. She had no desire to "make it right" I would pay a little more for fresh products and a store that cares about you. Don't shop at Walmart.read more

I paid $40 for a chessboard. This handmade family chess game was handmade out of cheap wood and poorly constructed.The area for the hinges is not right and the board itself is uneven. This means the playing area for the chess game is uneven. It took longer than 14 days to receive the board else i would return it.

Jan. 2021 Revrazor I ordered two lazer lights. They arrived in a reasonable time frame,however,one did not work. Reaching them by email has been very slow but they did tell me that I must mail it back to them, to China (can't imagine what that might cost) and at my expense. They will not issue me a refund nor send a replacement light. This is no way to treat customers nor build a good reputation in the trade world. The reasonable price I paid for two lights turned into be a terrible price to pay for one.read more
