I canceled my Skoove automatic renewal
II initially had an issue with a subscription renewal that I wasn’t expecting and reached out to Skoove’s support to clarify the situation. Although the charge had already been processed and even upheld during the bank’s dispute process, Skoove reviewed my case carefully and decided to issue a full refund as a goodwill gesture. Their communication was transparent, professional, and genuinely understanding throughout the entire process. They took my feedback seriously and handled everything in a respectful and customer-focused manner. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but what truly matters is how a company responds — and Skoove handled this situation with integrity and care. I greatly appreciate their support and willingness to make things right.

I enjoy using Skoove. The lessons are laid out in a way that actually makes me want to practice, and it’s so satisfying to see how much I improve each week. The balance between songs, theory, and feedback keeps things interesting and fun

It worked pretty well. When I tried the competitors, it felt more like a game, and with this I felt like I was really learning something. Also, the price was really fair compared to the others
Songs from movies and games
5 out of 5 for the beginner like me. I love the song selection, the short lessons, and the overall look and feel of the app. It was very important for me to be able to learn songs from movies and games I like. Found plenty here! Now I just need to find time to practice:D
