The lifts in Karlberg never work and there are never people to help especially if you have a buggy/stroller.How can you pay that amount of money for transport and the route you use every day has no lifts. You have to wait for some good samaritans to help you. It is frustrating especially if it is rush hour and everyone is trying to get to work.
