Horrible, I wish I had check reviews before ordering it .My home printer would have done better thanthis .the photos was taken from canon XLR and these people ruined it and the clarity of the original photos ruined too ..why do you guys soo dishonest and waste our money and time.
It was meant as gift and now I can't even gift my friend on their 10 the wedding anniversary.......rubbish please sue this company

First off I have notice it said one price like 69 cent and end up being $2.99 when they printed them .but my latest problem I place and ordered for 2 8x10 and 1 5x7 and something screwy happen i got a shipping charge . so i call Walgreens where my pics was going to. so i called and they talk like they could straighten it out there. at this time I didn`t not know i had one hour to cancel that online order that was being ship. once i got there I was told they couldn`t do anything about it that .by the time i got online to try to cancel was to late . so I`m out the money from Snapfish and be stuck with pics i won`t be happy with . on that note I will never use Snapfish or Walgreens again

twice I've ordered and gotten someone else's stuff added to my package.
also,the coupon codes the offer almost NEVER work.
i was going to purchase 60 5x7 photos at $0.69 a piece and my TOTAL was 179.40?!?!?!?! how does that make any sense ????
i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

the website shows great deals but at check out you will see that it is only for delivery option.Delivery charges are way too high. So they are earning through delivery charges.

They've sent my personal photos to a random address over a hour away from me and when they sent a replacement,they also managed to send it to the wrong house. I'm furious and disgusted at the lack of competency by them. I messaged the helpline and they said "email us" in which i've not heard a response. mistakes happen i get it but twice?!

I spent hours on this album for my son's graduation, and it would not allow me to purchase the product!It wouldn't save it, and reverted to my first draft. I talked to customer service and they said they couldn't help me unless I changed browsers, and that it wasn't saved anyway while I saved it MULTIPLE times (even while on the phone with them, they couldn't see it as saved). I went back up on their site and it's gone. HOURS of work GONE. No response in email. The site is user friendly when building an album, and I would've loved to make a big purchase.
