Was sind die Ziele von SNOCKS? Wir möchten unseren Kunden langfristig ein komplettes Outfit aus Basic Klamotten (außer Schuhe) für den Alltag anbieten. Sie sollen sich keine Gedanken mehr darüber machen müssen, welche Basic Produkte sie im Alltag tragen. Warum andere Basic Klamotten tragen, wenn es SNOCKS gibt? Was war der Auslöser, ein Unternehmen zu gründen und Socken zu verkaufen? Felix und Johannes wollten schon seit ihrer Kindheit ein gemeinsames Unternehmen gründen. Beide waren in ihrem Bankstudium unglücklich und haben nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, aus diesem Trott auszubrechen und ihre Träume zu verwirklichen. Socken über Amazon zu verkaufen war für die beiden genau diese Möglichkeit. Wofür steht SNOCKS? SNOCKS steht dafür, Dinge einfach zu machen. Viele unserer Erfolge sind aus spontanen Ideen und Entscheidungen entstanden, über die andere Gründer sicher länger nachgedacht hätten. Wir sind im Herzen ein Familienunternehmen, was sich in der Atmosphäre im Büro widerspiegelt. SNOCKS steht dafür, sich gegenseitig zu helfen, aber auch herauszufordern und zusammenzuwachsen. Was macht die Arbeit bei SNOCKS so besonders? Bei SNOCKS hat jeder Mitarbeiter direkten oder indirekten Einfluss auf den Unternehmenserfolg. Es gibt bei uns keine Einzelspieler, wir wollen das stärkste Team auf dem Markt sein und dabei immer hungrig und leidenschaftlich, aber auch ein bisschen verrückt bleiben. Welche Probleme der Kunden werden durch SNOCKS gelöst? Wir bieten unseren Kunden ein persönliches und praktisches Einkaufserlebnis. Diese bekommen bei uns Basic Klamotten für den Alltag, die ihnen die morgendliche Entscheidung nach den passenden Socken oder der passenden Unterwäsche abnehmen. Welchen positiven Einfluss hat die Arbeit bei SNOCKS auf andere Menschen? Wir glauben stark an den Satz "gemeinsam sind wir stark". Wir wollen nicht nur unseren Mitarbeitern, sondern auch unsere Kunden, Geschäftspartner und andere Menschen dazu ermutigen, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten.
